At MKShoes, we care about your comfort and satisfaction. Every pair is crafted and delivered with care, and we want you to feel confident while shopping with us. If your purchase doesn’t fit perfectly or doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a smooth and customer-friendly return and exchange process. Please read the policy below to understand how returns work at MKShoes.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7–10 days of receiving the product. To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include the original shoe box and packaging
  • Have no damage, stain, or sign of use
    Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors
  • Products purchased under Final Sale, clearance, or heavy discount offers
  • Customized or special-order products
    We recommend checking size and product details before completing your purchase.

3. Exchange Policy

If your shoes don’t fit or you prefer another color, MKShoes happily offers exchanges. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Once your returned item passes our quality check, we dispatch the replacement pair within 2–4 business days.

4. Refund Guidelines

After we receive and approve your returned product, your refund will be issued through the original mode of payment. Refund processing times:

  • Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or MKShoes store credit
    Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to MKShoes using a trusted courier service. In selected areas, we may offer a pickup service depending on logistics availability.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or video proof. After verification, MKShoes will provide a free replacement or full refund.
